The Peabody Memphis provided a luxurious experience with its grand lobby and contemporary decor. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the club floor, which offered exclusive access to a complimentary lounge on the 12th floor. This lounge provided breakfast and a full bar with heavy appetizers from 5-7 pm, adding great value to my stay.
Despite the upgrade, I encountered maintenance issues in the room. The bathroom had a few issues such as a short shower curtain causing flooding, a loose handheld shower head, and a plastic outlet cover hanging off the wall.

The contemporary style of the hotel's decor and the luxurious spa and salon treatments at Feathers Spa created a unique and relaxing atmosphere for my short stay.
The only minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay at the Peabody Memphis was the small size of the bathroom in the room. It was a bit cramped, especially for three of us staying in a double room.

The energetic staff has been providing service for 50 years. The breakfast was incredible. The hotel's location is great, very close to everything. The hotel is close to unique shops, great restaurants, central Memphis, and a conference center.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite, and it delivered on its reputation as a cherished business and social event venue. The 80,000 square feet of flexible event venues provided ample space for our needs, and the Peabody Service Excellence® truly stood out. The hotel's Southern hospitality and Delta style added a unique touch to our corporate gathering.
The one service that I missed for my work was having an individual coffee system in the room, which would have been convenient during early morning meetings and presentations.
