The Peabody exceeded my expectations with its grand ambiance and attentive staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the hotel's location near Beale Street made it convenient for dining and entertainment options.
There were minor issues with cleanliness in some common areas.

missingWrote a review on Dec 02stunning lobbyduck paradeslow check-in
The hotel exudes charm with its stunning lobby full of rich history and elegant décor. The duck parade is a delightful spectacle that makes for an unforgettable experience.
Check-in can be slow, with lines stretching over 20 minutes for some guests. Rooms lack sound insulation, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms, and certain areas like the elevators may be overcrowded. The cleanliness, while generally good, left some worrying details, like hairs in the jacuzzi and uncollected trash in the room.

The staff was amazing! Extra blankets and towels showed up faster than my coffee in the morning. They even opened the gym early just for my niece—now that's hospitality!
But honestly, the bathroom was so tiny I thought I’d need a GPS just to find the toilet! Good luck turning around without a dance routine!

Charming vibes and fun ducks
The lobby had a stunning decor with elegant design elements and live piano music that created a classy atmosphere. The room was equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The spa facilities included a relaxing hot tub, a sauna, and various massage services. The duck march added a whimsical touch, making it a unique stay.

The lobby captures grandeur with elegant decor and vibrant duck-themed elements that create a unique atmosphere. Watching the duck parade up and down to the fountain is a quirky highlight, providing a taste of Memphis charm that's memorable for both adults and kids.
The elevators can be a major hassle, especially during the duck march when they seem to vanish, causing congestion and long waits. The room I stayed in felt cramped for two adults, with decor that looked tired and a bathroom no bigger than a closet, making it uncomfortable. It’s also worth noting that the pool area seemed disproportionately small for a hotel of this size, limiting leisure options.

Yo, Peabody is a gem! The bar staff was super friendly, pouring up good vibes as we sipped drinks and waited for the duck parade. And don’t sleep on the deli—gobbling up that white chocolate duck was the cherry on this culinary adventure! Plus, the location can't be beat. it’s mere steps from Beale Street’s liveliness and local eats.
On the flip side, the lobby bar was under renovation, so we missed that iconic scene. Also, the room was a tad snug, and the bathroom situation had us chuckling at how tiny it was. Those pillows? Not the comfiest, though the bed did its job.
